Who hasn’t heard of coconut water and it’s many health benefits? Chances are you know it’s low in calories and has more potassium than four bananas. And you probably have a stack of green smoothies recipes in heavy rotation for weekday breakfasts. But I thought there had to be more this tasty nectar could be used for. I went on a search that turned up some surprising results. Plus, I got to work on recreating one of my all-time favorites, Trader Joe’s Fruit Floes. With just a few easy ingredients tasty treats are at my finger tips.
